- Due to a problem with the Microsoft WIN XP PRO + SP3 operating system, it wasn't fixed before Fri.Feb.27,09.

- On Mon.March 23,09 I had to return my video card as it was giving me troubles time to time.

- On Thurs.April 02,09 I installed my New video card & sofar it works perfectly.

- On Mon.April 13,09 I took my New monitor in for service, the problem was solved.
